Satya Sai Nemani brings 33 years of specialised front-end and business-consulting leadership to PETRONOVA as Founder & CEO and as a member of its Leadership Advisory Board. At Shell, one of the world’s largest integrated energy majors, he served as Principal for Front End Development Management (FEDM) and as Principal Global Consultant on both design and business questions, shaping major capital investment decisions across the company’s global portfolio.
Nemani built a high-impact track record in the earliest and most value-defining stages of major projects — Master Planning and Configuration Studies, including decarbonisation and net-zero studies; Margin Improvement Programmes across several assets; and the full Front End Development Management cycle from FEL 0.5 through FEL 4, covering both grassroots and revamp design development. His career reflects a long-standing discipline of safeguarding project value and de-risking capital decisions before major commitments are made.
His combined design and business expertise is central to PETRONOVA’s Owner’s-Consultant proposition, helping clients make faster, better-informed decisions at the stage of a project where the greatest value is created or lost.
