Across his career, Acharya built a formidable record in plant reliability and operational performance, leading more than two dozen major plant troubleshooting assignments and a comparable depth of Technical Services Agreements, backed by substantial experience in process safety and HAZOP review, digital transformation, business planning and licensor selection. His leadership consistently paired technical rigour with an unwavering focus on safe, reliable and profitable refinery operations.
