Manoj Kumar Joshi joins PETRONOVA’s Leadership Advisory Board with 55 years of distinguished engineering and refinery leadership, including his tenure as Director (Technical) of Engineers India Limited (EIL), one of India’s foremost engineering consultancies for refining, petrochemicals and the wider hydrocarbon sector.
Joshi’s career is distinguished by an exceptional depth of front-end engineering leadership — more than 35 Basic Design Package and FEED assignments, over 30 Licensor and Technology Selection studies, and 25 Front-End Project Development engagements — complemented by extensive work in revamp and de-bottlenecking, plant troubleshooting, and process safety review. Few executives can match the breadth of his exposure to capital project development from first concept through to commissioning, across some of India’s most ambitious refinery expansion programmes.
His appointment to PETRONOVA’s Leadership Advisory Board ensures that the firm’s advisory recommendations remain firmly grounded in operating realities, bridging engineering rigour with the commercial discipline capital-intensive energy projects demand.
