Rengaswamy’s career is marked by an exceptional depth of technical leadership — more than 30 plant troubleshooting assignments and an equal depth of process safety and HAZOP reviews, alongside substantial work in Basic Design Package and FEED, Licensor and Technology Selection, and reliability and integrity studies. Few engineering leaders can match the breadth of his exposure across the full spectrum of refinery and petrochemical plant engineering, from concept design through operating-asset integrity.
