Pankaj Agarwal brings 45 years of senior project and commercial leadership in the downstream energy sector to PETRONOVA’s Leadership Advisory Board, having served as Group General Manager – Commercial, with responsibility for project management, high-value contracting and international trade across major energy enterprises.
Agarwal’s career spans the full commercial and delivery cycle of large energy assets: project management for large refineries, expansions and integrations; commercial management of tendering, bids, contracts and procurement; and international and foreign trade, including crude purchase and product sales. He is equally at home structuring agreements, managing risk and value across complex multi-party arrangements, and building the durable commercial frameworks that underpin long-term energy partnerships.
