1. All client data, plant information and study findings shared with or by PETRONOVA are Confidential Information, used only for the agreed purpose and disclosed only to people who need to know and are bound by equal duties.
2. Confidentiality continues for five years from disclosure, and covers personal data, profiles, credentials and commercial terms. Profiles are published only with consent.
3. Confidentiality forms part of every engagement, collaboration and assignment. Work starts only under an agreed Terms of Reference or written agreement. Registration is non-binding and non-exclusive.
4. Consultants and collaborators must disclose conflicts of interest, and must not use client information for any other purpose.
5. Website content, track record, durations and benefits are indicative and not guarantees. Third-party names are trademarks of their owners, with no endorsement implied. PETRONOVA is independent, with no conflict of interest in its advice.
